Welcome to the inaugural year for the Miss Kansas US International pageant!
This pageant is the official state preliminary to the Miss United
States International pageant being held in Houston, TX (July 5-10, 2009).
The winner of that pageant goes on to compete at the Miss International pageant!
We are looking for intelligent, beautiful, articulate young women between
the ages of 18 and 25 to compete for the title of Miss Kansas US International 2009!
We will be holding a pre-pageant workshop March 1, 2009.
At the workshop, contestants will get the opportunity to learn about
fitness and healthy lifestyles from our official fitness consultant,
Pete Rohleder.
They will also get to learn and practice runway walks and stances from
Paula Hoffman.
I will be giving tips and holding mock interviews, and our pageant
photographer,
Aaron Lindberg will be taking appointments for a professional
photoshoot (a great time to get your official headshot taken!). An informational email will be sent out after the first of the year. Online registration for the workshop will be available as well.
